ABOUT THE PROJECT
Since the completion of the Co:Here building, the Co:Here board has pivoted so that they can now assist other churches in exploring the development of affordable housing. Co:Here specializes in helping churches get to “base camp” in the development process. They assist churches in this initial stage which includes articulating a clear vision, exploring what types of housing are possible, and securing initial funding. CityGate collaborates with Co:Here in this groundwork by resourcing and assisting churches in the visioning process. Tim and other Co:Here members are available to assist, facilitate, or accompany your church in this exploration and visioning process.
